In my previous blog I introduced you to the launch of our newly created support portal and dedicated telephone system for GeoGraphix. I would now like to highlight some of the key features of the support portal in order to make access more convenient.
Gaining access to the support portal is easy. All that’s needed is to fill in the simple registration form at support.lmkr.com and register. The information you provide will be compared to your company’s maintenance and support status and once confirmed active, you will receive an email within one (1) business day with your login details and password.
Once registration is complete, access to the GeoGraphix comprehensive online and phone support is at your fingertips – offering you various powerful options to help you work more efficiently! Below are the services that you can avail through the LMKR support portal:
License Management:
The license management service allows users to request for a new software license or transfer an existing one to another computer.
Downloads
The latest GeoGraphix releases, updates and patches are available for immediate download under the Download tab. Here you can also find the patch release for GeoGraphix 2013
Knowledge Center
The Knowledge Center provides access to the following:
- FAQ’s
- The latest white papers and webinars, enabling you to search through thousands of written and recorded solutions.
- Hardware requirement, release notes and installation guides are also available here as well as a list of products covered under maintenance and support.
Visit the knowledge center regularly, as we are always updating it with the latest information to make your GeoGraphix experience even better.
Case Management
Here you can submit a new technical support case and track its progress until it is closed, as well as monitor the status of existing cases submitted by your company or yourself.
Training
A new page has been created for your GeoGraphix training needs which allows you to view and register for a range of available instructor-led, hands-on public classroom courses in Bakersfield, Denver, Houston, Pittsburgh, Calgary and Dubai.
Telephone Support
You can also contact Customer Support via our telephone system. Our dedicated telephone system is accessible via local call-in numbers and is an alternative way to submit a technical support case and/or speak directly with a GeoGraphix Support Analyst.
We are ready to assist customers with any questions or problems that arise. To find out more about our Customer Support Portal, feel free to ask questions in the comment section below. I will be monitoring all posts and will provide feedback as quickly as possible.
