We have worked diligently with Landmark Software & Services to transition support for GeoGraphix and we are delighted to announce the launch of our newly created support portal and dedicated telephone system. These are the 2 points of access for GeoGraphix support services and software downloads replacing Landmark Software & Services support systems for GeoGraphix. To continue receiving GeoGraphix online and phone support, we invite customers to register through the newly created LMKR Support Portal. Registration is easy, all you need to do is visit support.lmkr.com complete the simple form and register. The information you provide will be compared to your company’s maintenance and support status and once confirmed active you will receive an email within one (1) business day with login details and password. Once registration is complete, access to GeoGraphix’s comprehensive online and phone support is at your fingertips!
Support Portal: Our new support portal offers many powerful options to get the help you need to work more efficiently. You can submit a new technical support case and track its progress until it is closed, aswell as monitor the status of existing cases submitted by you or your company. Our Knowledge Center tab provides access to our library of frequently asked questions, the latest and most popular white papers and enables you to search through thousands of recorded solutions and webinars. The latest GeoGraphix releases, updates and patches are available for immediate download under the Download tab and for your GeoGraphix training needs, we have created a page to allow you to view and register for a range of available instructor-led, hands on classroom public courses in Denver, Houston, Pittsburgh, Calgary and Dubai.
Telephone System: Our new dedicated system is accessible via local call-in numbers* and is an alternative way for you to submit a technical support case and/or speak directly with a GeoGraphix Support Analyst.
